Excellent 11/16/2010

Dr. Oliver, Orange City Office, is my dentist and I just love her. She is so gentle and kind and she has changed my mind about going to a dentist. She does a wonderful job in everything she does for me. Everyone in that office is so kind and understanding...their goal is to make the patients feel comfortable and at ease at all times. I appreciate them all. I strongly recommend them to anyone who has had a difficult experience in the past with a dentist visit. more

I do not think it is fair to have to pay for your entire crown prior to it's arrival and placement. In this day and times economy money is hard to come by and I think half a payment first then the other half when it is in and placed in your mouth. more

2 cavities filled 9/24/2010

My visit was good, despite that I had 2 cavities filled. I felt no pain, I kept feeling the concern of anticipatin pain, but in fact, I was pretty comfortable. while no one will ever enjoy cavities, it was the best expierence I could ask for more

i am generally very uncomfortable in a dentist office, but i found my experience at the orange city, fl office to be friendly, helpful and pleasant. Everyone is pleasant and kind so it helped to minimize my anxiousness about being there. i would recommend Dr. Oliver to everyone who is looking for a kind face and gentle hand and great staff! i am really glad i found them. more

A good experience 8/18/2010

I really hate going to the dentist,but these people were GREAT! I didn't have to wait forever to be seen,and they were able to take care of me in one visit-from x-rays to exam to filling! The dentist did a wonderful job-it was a front tooth so it was important to me that it looks good-it is perfect! The staff was polite, understanding and compassionate and they worked with me on pricing as I do not have insurance. more

highly satisfied 8/14/2010

I made an appointment for a cleaning that was in about two months. I wanted to get in sooner and was told that they would call if there was a cancellation. As I was walking out to my car the receptionist ran out to tell me they had just gotten a cancellation that very same day. How nice! I was seen later that day and was very satisfied with the care I was given. My husband and I have always been pleased with the service we receive from Towncare Dental. more

Horrible 6/23/2010

Visited this office in Dec. 09; just wanted a simple cleaning and x-rays.My insurance plan listed this as 100% covered. After my exam, Towncare presented a proposal for $3,100 that they said was needed to clean my teeth. Another dentist I had visited 2 months before said there was no problem with cleaning my teeth and was going to charge me $25. I declined that charge because I was told that with Township my insurance plan would pay this. After I refused to agree to the $3,100 proposal they wanted me to pay, they still charged me a co-pay, even though no work was done on my teeth! And I never got my teeth cleaned there. I felt that this experience was a complete rip-off. more

I am not fond of going to the dentist ,but every visit i have had so far has been very pleasent. The staff that i have met have been very friendly and polite. more
