Lynnwood Townhomes

As resident and physician I have found Lynwood town homes one is f the best places to live at in Lubbock. Exceptional maintenance and management . Very family friendly! Recommend very highly! more

My experience with Lynnwood was terrible. Pros: 1. Everyone I dealt with on the staff was friendly. They do have a high turnover rate though. I spoke with a new face everytime. 2. I didn't have any maintenance issues with the property the entire time I lived there. Cons: 1. Security - Within 2 months both me and my 2 roommates had our cars broken into. They had their cars broken into once again after a couple more months. We would consistently see several windows busted out of vehicles along our street. 2. Housing - The houses are poorly insulated. Our average electric bill was in the mid $300s. 3. Deposit - Don't plan on getting it back. We had the carpets professionaly cleaned and the entire property cleaned by a lady who cleans rental properties for a living. There was no damage to the house and it was ready for the next tenants to move in. They took our full deposit of $600 and tried to take an additional amount of $150. I asked them to show me a move out assessment of the damages, but they couldn't find the assessment. I'm supposed to go off their word. 4. Lawncare - What they mean by this is that they will not mow your backyard, but weedeat it, and then leave the grass all over the place. 5. Lynnwood has turned into a very trashy neighborhood. Which is why people refer to it as Lynnhood. Overall: I would not live here again. Poor security, high electric bills, very loud trashy neighborhood. PS: Do not believe the 5 star reviews. When turning in my keys I was told if I wrote a positive review that it would show on my refund. A truly professional business should not have to bribe it s tenants into writing good reviews. I can guarantee every person who wrote a 5 star review on here were given some type of discount to their rent. more

Good: Elroy Let your tenants know what you had your maintenance dept do to the theromstats in your duplexes, You rewired them so the compressor would not work in the winter therefore the emergency heat strip was the only heat provided costing your tenants a lot more per month in utilities but saving you from having to replace the compressors in the event they went out since they ran out of warranty lots more shady things happening at Lynnwood... Should Be INVESTIGATED. Bad: STEP DOWN WEISAN YOUR THROUGH. more

I used to work at Lynnwood and I really enjoyed working there. I can tell you from experience that if you do what you are suppose to do which every apartment complex in Lubbock requires you which is pay your rent and take care of the house then you will not run into any problems with them. As for the maintenance they will try their hardest to get ALL work orders done within 24-48 hours. Elroy the owner is a very nice guy and will respect you as long as you respect him. more

I RECENTLY BECAME A TENNANT AT LYNNWOOD AND REALLY ENJOYED THE EXPERIENCE AND THE STAFF! THEY WERE VERY ACCOMADATING AND FRIENDLY. NOT SOMETHING YOU FIND VERY OFTEN! I RECCOMMEND ANYONE LOOKING FOR A NICE, BIG, REASONABLY PRICED PLACE TO GO TO LYNNWOOD!!! more

i have lived in lynnwood for 3 yrs and i love it. the cost is very affordable and that helps me out since im a divorced dad and pay lots of child support. the owener mr wisian is nice and takes care of business ,he is always avaiable to talk with and will do anything for you .he is supportive of not only texas tech but of our youth teams. the staff is great and very nice and take care of any problem you have. sure every now and then you will have a problem or something will happen and someone will get mad but they truly try to do best for us. i give lynnwood a five star rating and look forward to living at the best place in town thank you more

We had a pretty nice experience. Our townhouse was clean and nice, and we didn't have any problems with the office. We cleaned our townhouse well before moving out, and were rewarded with our full deposit refund. Overall nice place to live. more

I have lived in Lyynwood for a few months now, and have loved it. It has been the best place I have lived sense I have been on my own. I have called for maintenance issues and they have come the same day. Any issues I have called with they are always so helpfull and pleasant. I would reccommend this place to anybody. more

Lynnwood Townhomes in Lubbock, Texas has been amazing. Any time I’ve had a problem such as my shower head leaking the maintenance was over within the hour to fix it. It’s also been very quiet where I live no crazy parties seem to be breaking out in my area or anything of that sort. It’s also located pretty closet Wal-Mart and campus. The staff and owner of the complex are really nice people, and very easy to work with. If you are looking for somewhere to live in Lubbock, Texas I would suggest looking at this place. more
