Lynn Lane Boarding Kennels

There are two things that impress me about Lynn Lane Kennels. Any time we have left our dog there, when we picked him up, we got a full report on how he did, whether or not he ate well, etc And they have remembered our old boy from his previous stays, even though his visits have normally been months apart. Worthy of note, on the one occasion our boarding needs were emergency, they were very kind and flexible about our situation, and expressed compassion and caring for us in our ""human"" situation. Grooming services are very reasonable, and I believe they do a good job. When we first moved to this area, I was totally rebuffed by the attitude of the persons answering the phone at other kennels, but have always been warmly received by the staff at Lynn Lane. more

We have taken our dogs here for years. The care of the dogs has gone down. Took the dogs over July 4 weekend. They were there for 3 days and have been sick ever since. They had taken too may animals in. If they did not have room for our dogs I wish they would have told us. When we picked them up, all three of our dogs were in a cage\r that should hold only 1 small animal. So they have lost our business. more

I just took my dog here for the first time this past weekend. The woman who answered the phone (I believe she was the owner) the three different times I called was so patient and never got annoyed with all my questions. I rarely board my dog, so wanted to make sure I had everything right. She was even sweet when my baby was crying in the background, offering to take her in too for free. :)\r When I arrived she was still there, and extremely helpful.\r Due to having to leave for a minor family emergency, I had forgotten to clip my dog's nails before taking her in. We were also really trying to make sure we had enough money for this unplanned, un-budgeted trip because payday wasn't until after we got back. I assume gathering my situation from my prior phone calls about price, when she asked if I wanted her to clip and I started mulling on whether or not I could afford it, she offered to do them for me for free. This one small gesture made my day, and helped me have a better perspective about the family emergency I was facing. It's amazing what one act of kindness can do for you when you need it most. When leaving after dropping the dog off (she also offered to take me in to see the kennels, they were very clean.) she said ""next time bring Tatum in too"" remembering my daughter's name from the phone. \r When I picked up my dog 3 days later she remembered me when I walked in the door, played with my baby, and told me about my dog's stay. Very personal, kind service.\r I couldn't have been more pleased with them. We WILL be using them again. more

The people who work at Lynn Lane Boarding Kennels are so great especially that girl who works on Sundays i believe her names Alexis, i think the owner should promote her to CO owner. But in all sincerity its a wonderful place for your pets they get treated better than some humans do. They get a lot of love and care, the kennels are also incredibly clean i wouldn't go as far as eating off the floor but its pretty darn close! They have the best dog slop in town! The people at lynn lane are very nice! We have gone for our forst time two weeks ago. When we got her back they remembered us and went and got our dog. She was all brushed and bathed nicely. She was super happy and excited. She was very tired when she got home and I dont know what they did but she has not had a accident since the visit, They are good about canceling if you cant make it too!! I wont take our dog anywhere else more

I only take my dogs to Lynn Lane Kennel. They like it there! It's clean. The owner is familiar with around the town vets and adoption agencies. The owner has lots of experience with animals. The employees all know what is going on and you do not have to wait on them to go ask someone else. The owner treats regulars like family. They are very flexible and we love the location. I recommend them to everyone I know who has a pet. I do not trust my dogs with anyone but Lynn Lane Kennel, my daughter and Bent Arrow Vet Clinic. We took them somewhere else once and it stunk horribly and I walked in, walked out without even speaking to the owner. I was speechless. I highly recommend Lynn Lane Kennel. more

We have used Lynn Lane for many years with our Labradors and drive a long distance to reach them. They take good care of the dogs and have large runs compared to many Tulsa area kennels. And they are flexible if plans change (like delayed return/pickup) They have always done a nice job on extras like washing and and toenail trimming too. Pros: Friendly To Pets more

The 2nd time my dogs were here, they were very anxious. My little, old, deaf dog was found to have a large sore the day she came home. No explanation given. more

The People who own and run this show are very unprofessional. They are rude. If they treat the dogs as well as the people.....poor animals. Cons: Staff is rude more

You drive into a lovely rural setting with a horse, donkey and goat grazing in the meadow and chickens and roosters in the flower beds. You walk into the door and see a floor to ceiling bird cage with parakeets chirping, large baskets on the floor and counter with the most friendly kitty cat there to greet you. The rest of the kitties stayed napping in their own basket. Straight ahead is the small dog kennel. This is where my two dogs shared a run while I went on a week long vacation. It's an indoor/outdoor run. (You are still charged per animal by body weight even if you choose to have your dogs share a space. I figured it would help my high anxiety dog cope.) You can bring your own bedding or pillow for the dogs or they have lots of comforters and blankets stored on top if you forget. You can bring your own food or let them feed your dog moist/dry mixture of pedigree.I was taken through the laundry room of the kennel to the large dog runs. Lots of dalmatians, shepherds and the like more

The owner and proprietor has been in the business of taking care of animals for a very long time. The reason they're so good at what they do (aside from years of experience) is that they really love animals. Sometimes when retrieving my pets from other groomers/kennels, they've been very anxious and scared. It's clear when picking pets up from LLBK that your happy pet has been treated well. Prices are very reasonable. A nice touch after grooming is a neat little neckerchief they put on your dog. I've only had experience with dogs, but when you drive up to the kennel it's clear that they are experienced with a whole menagerie of animals. more
