Lynch Ford

My wife and I stopped in on a Saturday to purchase a new Equinox. They didn't have the exact one we desired but we were told they located one in Wisconsin they could get. I was told I would get a call first thing Tuesday (it was a holiday weekend). We did all the paperwork on Saturday and was approved for the financing. I waited until 3:00 Tuesday afternoon and no call. I called the salesman and he told me he had been busy. Busy?? He had the paperwork for the purchase in hand and didn't act on it. After getting the run around for more than 24 hours I went to Pat McGrath and had a new 2016 Equinox in 2 hours. Lynch knows nothing about customer service. They had a solid commitment from me and didn't act on it . Sad. Very disappointed. Maybe they should have a commission program for their salesman then they would do their job. more

Arrived at Lynch Chevrolet at 9:30am, parked down by new Tahoes and waited approximately 10 to 15 minutes for service or sales. Talked to Detail person and they said that they would call tower and somebody would be right down. Waited another 10 minutes and nobody showed. left disguisted!!! Drove to Billion Chevy, only had 4 Tahoes on the lot, decided to go back to Lych and thought that maybe we might get service. Drove to Tahoe area again, waited 5 to 10 minutes, no service. Drove to showroom area, parked and went inside. No service. When we were leaving to get back into our vehicle, somebody asked us have you been helped yet. Too late!!!!!!!!!! Left, went to Pat Mcgrath and bought a new 2012 LTZ Tahoe in less than 2 hours. Lynch on Television is all about service. Worst sales staff I have ever seen!!!!!!!!!!!! If I'm not mistaken I think Mr. Lynch himself was standing in the tower. more

We recently had both our vehicles into Lynch Ford for repair. It didn't take long to get an appointment for our vehicles. They are very friendly and courteous. They have convenient courtesy shuttles that can take you where you need to go. When we took our van in, they called later that day and told us that it was going to take longer than they had expected and that they were going to bring us a loaner vehicle. I didn't know that they did that. I was very glad because we couldn't be without a vehicle the next day because I had to get to work. They were very thorough with our vehicle. I feel they did an excellent job. We will be bringing our vehicles there in the future when we have problems. I highly recommend them! more
