Lucky Strike Restaurant

There is definitely a love hate relationship between myself & Lucky's. The positives: good home cooking! Really, these dishes take me back & also taste like mom's. BROASTED CHICKEN...need I say more? Negatives..again, long time customer so I have many years under my belt for these 'occurrences'... Some of the waitstaff are annoyed with your mere presence and definitely ready to retire! Dinner staff is more friendly but WHOA watch out for those lunch ladies!! I have recieved a breadroll that was already cut open & buttered which means it was on another customer's table and was meant for trash but they saved it & tried to recycle so to speak!! The fruitfly's in & around your salad will irritate you & disgust you at the same time. Their gift cards are not always operational as I was once looked at like a thief when trying to use a card my sister bought me for Christmas! The prices are going up, up, up & away!..... I do keep going back for more, the charm really gets you. more

This little diner style restaurant has some of the best breakfasts you could ask for. You get large portions and everything is perfect. From scrambled eggs, ro pancakes and their signatire corned beef hash - I would definitely give it a try. I have visited a lot of breakfast places in the area, but by far this one is the best around. more
