My experience has been excellent. Good and timely service provided. The personnel is courteous and honest. Problems and cost are explained prior to doing the job. They e-mail about service and special offers. They keep a history of the service provided according to manual. It's encouraging to have someone dependable that can be trusted. Teresa B more

I have been going to Lucas Tires for almost 4 years now. They have always done right by me. They have taken care of more than one car of mine and have always been great. Once nice thing about the shop is that after they see you a couple of times, they get to know you. There aren't too many places these days that try to actually get to know you. I don't know what these other reviews are referring to. I come from a small town where your shop you take your car to knows a lot about you and your car (and they remember what kind of work they did to your car in the past). I lived in the city for several years before I stumbled upon Lucas Tire. I have never had a problem and even if I had a question about anything, their first response was to bring the car in so they could look at it free of charge. They do a great job of explaining what is going on with your car and why it needs a particular repair. Sometimes I have waited for a vehicle and they were so busy, they forgot to give me an update on it as it was being worked on. I suppose any business that is really busy gets like that once in a while. I have been hosed by lots of car places in the past but not these guys. I have had several friends get their cars done there as well and none of them have had problems either. I give them an A+!!!! -Alex more

I would say out of all the car experiences I have ever had, Lucas Tires was the best. When I walked in the door I was welcome in right away with a friendly, "Hello!" and a, "How can we help you today?" Now I realize that most people have to do that for good business, but there was something different about them. I walked in asked for a set of new tires for my car, and the owner instantaneously gave me prices ranging all over, with all different brands. Now I had been doing research previous to coming in, and I noticed the tires he told me were more expensive than what I had previously found. I showed him the webpage I had printed, and he met that price no questions asked. I would overall rate my experience at Lucas Tires one of the best car shop stops I have ever made. I would suggest this to anyone who is looking for some tires.? more

I find it hard to understand why people can't realize good workmanship takes time, & as busy as this shop is there is going to be times things don't work like a swiss watch. Relax, This shop does excellent work & has been in business since 1981 owned by the same family. Repair work doesn't happen with a snap of your fingers, a rushed job can have problems. Realize its your car & no one wants you broke down & waiting to be towed in for repair. I have always found the staff to be friendly,helpful and willing to keep customes happy. If you need your car fixed right, maybe a tire or two give this shop a try. Rich & his staff are ready & willing to make sure your car is fixed right & your happy once the repair is completed.
