I called this company after a fourth attempt to have my garage door opener repaired by a Sear's technician who obviously did not know what he was doing. I received the same day service from this company who sent a young man named Mike who was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He provided great guidance along with service the way it used to be in this country. When the springs broke on our garage door recently we were glad that we found this company's number on the inside of the garage door. Not only was the service technician able to come out sooner than we expected (even on a Saturday) but after accessing our door he was very thorough and patient as he explained his recommendations for the replacement of not only our broken springs but the rollers as well. We felt confident in our decision to follow his advice. The door is working better than it has in a long time. In addition, John was one of the most personable, efficient and professional technicians we've ever had in our home.
