I was just there last week for an oil change and wiper fluid change. The service was great; they make it 10 times faster than any other place. The guy servicing my car even noticed I had purchased new wiper blades that were lying across the back seat, and offered to install them for me free of charge. It’s the little things like that which will make me come back again. more

Great service, fairly quick and friendly. I returned the vehicle after a leak developed about a week after an oil change. The owner was there and noted it was not oil but coolant that was leaking. He said to look at the water pump. He was correct, it was the water pump and the radiator had a leak as well. Good call and was happy it was caught before the pump went out on some lonely stretch of highway. more

This the second time I've been to this garage and the second time was as good as the first. This is easily the most painless place I've ever used for an oil change in my 20 years of living in VA. \r \r The employees are friendly and very efficient. They began working on my car within minutes of my arrival and the whole operation was done within 15 minutes. The place is very clean, including the waiting room.\r \r The best thing is that I was out the door for 35 bucks...and that included the canister style oil filter that my car requires. Some of the other places I've been to in the past have charged me twice that amount because of this ""special"" filter. I've found my regular oil change place.\r more

I am a recent college grad and just moved to Alexandria for a job that fell through at the last minute. As you probably can assume money is extremely tight. Between balancing my student loans, trying to find a steady job, and other living expenses, maintenance on my car has fallen to the way side just a little. I knew my 2004 Honda Civic was due for an oil change by the way she was making some noises at me – it seemed like she was moaning to get looked at. I read the reviews about Lube-It and I decided to take a chance there. I mostly liked the fact that it was supposed to be an in and out service with minimal down time. \r \r I reluctantly drove over there because I wasn’t exactly sure what I was getting into and I’m new in town. I was honestly in and out of there in 20 minutes with an oil change. It was really reasonably priced and they even did some extra services I wasn’t expecting (like wiping down my dash). I was out the door and on to my next errand. Later that night I forgot I was even there because it was literally such a quick stop during my day. Will come here again for the quick and easy service.\r more

The first time I took my car here 3 years ago it only took 15 minutes to get an oil change. I took it here 3 days ago and lo and behold, it took 10 minutes. You can’t beat the convenience, prices (40 bucks out the door) and the service for that much. As always, a big thanks to the mechanics. more
