The personnel running this store are rude and judgmental. We used the installation services to subcontract a flooring replacement (approx 15 sq feet) and the subcontractor nailed through a water line. Lowe's immediately took the side of the subcontractor, after we requested the sub contractor please fix his mistake, and will not aid us in finding someone to fix the hole left in the wall. I tried hard to be polite and give the subcontractor the opportunity to fix his own mistake, but he was rude and refused to work on our timeline (I made myself available for a 48 hour window in which he was to have come and patched the hole). His mistake meant we also had to buy paint to repaint the entire powder room (which was never supposed to be part of the project) and we still have not had the radiator replaced (and it snowed). Lowe's has been impossible to work with... inefficient, rude, unpleasant, and totally unconcerned about the damage their subcontractor caused in my house.
