Horrible buying experience! Bought (2) bikes from them, went to buy a (3)rd and sales manager still tried to charge me almost $5,000.00 more for a Hayabusa than a competiter at Sky Powersports! They do not care if you are a return customer! They want your money and as much as they can get! Price elsewhere first! Saving $5,000.00 at a dealer I have never been to, is quite impressive to me, and says nothing but bad customer service about Love! more

Pricey but good 10/10/2005

As most dealers, you will have genuine parts in which costs are premium. We brought in one of our Hondas for a recall. They treated the recall problem just as if we were paying for the work. That was refreshing because you didn't get the feeling that a recall problem would be left for last. In fact, it was ready when they said it would be. Also offers a clean lounge and courtesy van if you don't have a friend that can drive you home. Very polite people at the desk. Also they use covers on drivers seat and steering wheel so no work grease gets on you. PROS: Pleasant and Clean CONS: Pricey more
