Loved the pan pizza here!!

Worst

I know it takes time to make a good pizza, but after an hour+ wait, and the waitress still got the order wrong! The pie tasted good, but I'll never visit this place again. ...

Addictive Pizza and Pasta 8/12/2002

They have the best pizza ever, they use just enough cheese not to take away the rest of the ingredients on the pizza, the crust is so crisp and delicious you could eat it by itself. All of the ingredients that are used on the pizza are outstanding, and fresh. The pasta and the sauce is all homemade. Have been going there for years and they have never advertised its all by word of mouth. They make the best cheese and meat Ravilois they are mouthwatering. You won't be disappointed. more

Best Pizza in all of Chicagoland! 8/11/2002

Best pizza, best crust. We have taken many people to Louisa's including world travelers. Her pizza is always the best. Her pasta is good too. Her eggplant parmisan draws rave reviews. Short on time - call to order ahead. Her pizza's take a while to make but pre-ordering cuts the wait. Haven't found anyone who holds a candle to her recipe! Well worth the trip> Enjoy!!! Pros: great pizza and pasta, great pizza crust, good service Cons: small tables, uncomfortable chairs more

Metromix Voted Number One 8/11/2002

Ifound this place two years ago when metromix did a poll on the best pizza. Louisas was voted number one and we went to try it out. The restaurant is a nice and small so we had to wait for awhile. The smell of the pizza was mouthwatering as we waited. We orded a large cheese and sausage and when it was delivered to our table and i took my first bite I knew why they were voted number one the pizza and crust and sausage were outstanding. Since this I have been a regular customer thanks to metomix. more

Chicago's Best Pizza 8/9/2002

Hands down there is NO better, this is the best pizza I have ever tasted. There crust is perfect and they use just enough cheese so you can actually taste the rest of the pizza not just the cheese. I hate when pizza places use to much cheese it over powers the taste of the pizza. This is chicago's finest pizza. Every bite is mouth watering. You have to try it to believe it!!!!!! more
