I called this florist with a day's notice to deliver a bouquet for a funeral. We discussed various things such as plants and flowers, and decided finally on cut white lilies and roses. The woman's English was acceptable, but she didn't provide great customer service. She assured me everything would be beautiful and arrive an hour before the service was to start, and seemed in a hurry to get me off the phone.
She calls me the next day, just before the funeral is to start to say they had delivered plants with peace lilies.
I am very upset that she did not deliver what she had promised! And, was it really there an hour prior or not? She said oh, they would do an exchange...what does that mean?! During the service they will go in and change the arrangement?!
I advise to NOT use this florist. They are confusing and do not deliver what they say they will.
