Andrea (or Adriana?) was VERY sweet and professional. I would go to her again in a heartbeat. But....the mani-pedi area was very cold for some reason. Even Andrea was cold, but could not do anything about it. The shellac was at the end of the bottle I guess, she even commented several times that it was thicker than normal. So I'm not sure why she didn't get another bottle, or suggest I pick another color if you were out of that color. So several of my nails are pretty clumpy, which I couldn't see because it was also very dimly lit in there. Once I got out in the sun, I could see my thumb nail in particular was really a mess. I called the next day to try to get it fixed, and there were no availabilities to get it corrected. She gets off at 4:15, and she said she is not allowed to stay late to fix it. (I get off work at 5pm) In addition, there was really no leg massage during the pedicure, just rubbing the scrub and lotion on. I get a better massage with my pedi's at the cheapo pedi places, I expected more from your spa. Bottom line, nice staff but not impressed with the service itself.
