I have searched for a mechanic for years. From the moment, I called Lorick's, I was impressed. I was greeted by a warm, friendly voice and was not rushed off the phone. Then, one of the mechanics road with me, so he could hear the noise and make a diagnosis. The mechanic figured it out within 5 minutes! It is important to note that I had taken my car to two other mechanics and they couldn't find the problem. Then, the mechanic allowed me to take my car home, which was a 30 minute drive from their shop, and he brought it back to work on it. Now, that's customer service! Needless to say, I will be a lifetime customer. Thank you for doing quality service at a reasonable price. I have told others about Lorick's and will continue to do so. They are the best! more

I took my car in to the shop when it was having problems and after looking it, I received a call telling me that it was a simple fix of plugging in a sensor and I was not charged a single dime. I was amazed at the speed and honesty that I got from these people. I would highly recommend them from that alone and if I ever had any problems with my car, I would definitely trust them again with my car. more

John and Jamie of Lorick's Auto Repair are gems. I had a tire tread separation and made it to exit 58's exit ramp. The experience of losing a tire tread traveling over 70 MPH had me very shaken up. I found this shop with my mapping app and barely caught John as he was about to go home for the day - close to 6 p.m. He told me they didn't deal in tires, but that he'd come help me. He gave me his cell number, took mine and got there in under 15 minutes. He actually had to pick up my car to get the jack under it because it was sitting on the rim - there was no way I could have done this myself. There was an issue with my spare and so we hopped in his truck and went to the shop where they just happened to have a tire that would fit my car! At one point, I had black stuff all over my hands - I was trying to help this man all I could! John went and got a towel from his truck so I could clean my hands. \r \r Overall, the guys at Lorick's are upstanding and honest - a must for a good auto shop. But additionally, they are caring and compassionate and I think my closest brush with angels on earth. John even called me the next day to make sure everything had gone ok on the rest of my drive back to Charlotte!\r \r Thank you John and Jamie!!! more

I have used Lorick's for the past couple of years for all my auto servicing needs. I just checked it out when they first opened, and was pleasantly surprised at the professional, caring service they gave. Jamie and his crew still believe in honest, loyal customer service. They've been great about telling me exactly what my car needed, but what impressed me the most was they told me about problems that I may start seeing soon and what to look for without trying to make money by doing something that wasn't necessary yet.
