We own some rental units and when the residents move out, we have Lookin Like New clean the carpeting and whatever tile may be in the unit. Some of the tenants have left the carpeting looking so bad that we thought that we would need to replace it all. We have used some of the more well known carpet cleaning services in the past only to find that they come in and leave so fast that they do not do such a good job and the stains just re-appear within a few days. When Lookin Like New cleans our carpets, they work at it until the carpet looks brand new again and you would never know that the tenants had pets because the carpets smell so nice.
