I can only say that I was sold a lemon by Lombard. Two days after purchasing a vehicle from them, did I find out that the vehicle had been in multiple accidents and had been covered up by the dealerships. It was not what I bought, and the owner led me own claiming that I was going to be swapped out into an identical model or similarly priced- never happened. I waited for almost two months and when I couldn't stand to wait anymore, I approached the owner to tell him that I'd go for a more expensive model and pay the difference. Nope, I got a nonsense story regarding the credit company refusing to extend my credit. I found out it was nonsense after I received a letter from Ford saying that I was denied a second car loan since I had just taken one out. After speaking to a Ford Credit representative on the phone, I was told that they were never informed of my issue and would have been extended the loan if she were informed by Lombard Ford.
