I always bring a coffee and a book, thinking we may have to wait awhile before we get called...hasn't happened yet, I think our longest wait so far has been about 3-5 minutes! The entire Loftus staff is just super friendly & helpful! We are so happy we chose Loftus, I tell everyone I know about you! more
