Annual Biker Bash for St. Judes is a Top Priority 5/18/2012

Discount pricing on UNDERARMOUR is amazing. I heard the prices at this out-of-the-way shop were great, but seriously ....you won't believe them! I will always make the trip to Locust Grove. Well worth it! more

THE BEST!!! 5/16/2012

We LOVE Locust Grove Country Shop & shop there every chance we get! You can't beat their PRICES for top QUALITY MERCHANDISE. Both of us work outdoors and have always been exceptionally pleased w/ all suggestions from their knowledgeable and friendly staff. I wouldn't trade my raingear (Armadillo) or waterproof boots for all the tea in China! Thanks, guys! more

AWFUL SERVICE WORST I HAVE EVER HAD 2/16/2012

This store and it's staff are a serious joke. They do not care about the customer. I purchased a pair of boots for my son that I had to return and have been given the run around for what is going on the 3rd week. The staff is ill informed about the products they sale and will give you any line of BS to make a dollar and then not stand behind the defective products they are selling. Word to the wise look out for the girl with the extreme red lips...she tells you one thing then when questioned she changes her story. DO NOT SHOP HERE> more

NEVER AGAIN 10/19/2011

I will never shop here again. I will take my money somewhere else!!!! Bought a waterproof f jacket...that turned out NOT to be waterproof for $179.00. The employee said it was sweat. Now come on I wore the jacket for two weeks and it never happened but when it rained I got soaked!!!!! He was a complete idot that would not give up!!!!!!!! He wanted to argue and thats all there was to it. It was ok to spend money there but when you have a defective product...look out!! I have never been treated so wrong in my life. Im telling you the truth I think this guy wanted to fight!! If this is how they want to treat their customers then no thanks...i will shop somewhere else and so will the rest of my family and everyone else i know. more

not a good trip 8/29/2011

Went out to Locust Grove for cowboy boots. They had a few pair I was interested in but nothing in my size (I wear an average ladies size 9) and they didn't say if they would ever get them nor did they offer to order them for me. It was basically, Sorry Lady we don't have them. Very disappointing. more

no refund/ no return 3/12/2011

I bought a pair of work boots on a sunday. Wore them on monday to work. The boots started to seperate befor the work day ended. Took them back to the store. The person at the counter said that they were sererating but said there was nothing wrong with them. That kind of confused me. SEPERATED but nothing wrong with the boots. These boots were falling apart and they know it. I will never go back. DONT GO THERE!!!!!! You'll be sorry. more

Anything BUT a country shop 12/25/2010

Used to shop here for western wear, boots etc. Stopped in before the holidays to find that it is anything BUT a country shop. I would say it is a male dominated, hunting, bikers store. There were not any cute western home decor, or hardly anything relating to horses or country. Oh yes, they did have cowboy boots, and a few belts and wallets, but that was about it. The staff was very over bearing, and I felt like they were watching me waiting for me to steal something, they followed you around like a shadow. Believe me there was nothing there I would want to steal let alone pay for. Sorry to see the change. Will not go back more

Lousy service & no refunds 9/20/2010

Bought a pair of boots on Saturday. Girlfriend decided she didn't like them. Took them back the next day on Sunday & they would only give a store credit. Was not told of this policy at time of purchase. Didn't really want to purchase anything else, Bought items there several times in the past, but never had to return anything. Now I'm stuck with a credit. The staff followed us around and eavesdropped on our conversations butting in from time to time. Once I figure out what to buy with this credit I'll never step foot in there again!! Beware!! more
