Lockstar

I went out on a friday Night and my Purse was stonlen. I called around and Lockstar was the best price and was able to come out right away. Matt showed up on time and was very helpful, he told me the the main thing that I need to thank about is the safety of my family the he then said that he would go through all the lock on the house to make sure that my family would be safe after rekeying all the locks in the house he then took me around and show me where there might be a problem and the he went out of his way and fixed them at no extra cost very nice Thank You, Matt P.s. I saw that some one wrote about lockstar and I am suprised at what they wrote. I called them out to make a key for my Honda Civic and they where on time and the price was half the price of the Dealer so for the guy that said he talk to them 3 times no name or nothing I all so had them come out and rekey my house when I lost my car keys I all so lost my house keys. And the guys that I talk to was David And Matt so if i need any locksmithing work done I will call them more

I contacted Lockstar to cut a duplicate key for my Lexus. They may do good work, but I wouldn't know. I made three consecutive appointments on three consecutive days and they failed to show up all three times. On the third and final day they assured me that there were only two customers ahead of me and that someone would be at my home that afternoon. It was another no-show. No call to let me know they wouldn't be there, no call to reschedule, no nothing. After giving up on Lockstar I contacted the Lexus dealer and was surprised to learn that their price for cutting a new key was half that of Lockstar. The key they made for me works great and it was done in less than 5 minutes. Unfortunately, the the savings doesn't even come close to compensating me for the time I lost sitting at home for three days waiting for Lockstar to show up. I give this company a rating of one star. I wanted to rate them zero stars, but one is the lowest possible rating. Congratulations Lockstar - you earned it. more
