I will gladly call in my prescription to a real person here, during their hours. I have never had any problem with parking or with my scrips being ready. They are always on time...

Just a really disappointing experience. I think people have this perception that bigger isn't better or that local is better than big box stores, but this place will make you rethink that. Go with a chain, or at least a different pharmacy. Obnoxious people that are (to be generous) borderline incompetent. Management or ownership - who knows, but at least they have systems in place at these chains to ensure you're going to get a somewhat decent experience. Go elsewhere, you'll be better off. more

I will gladly call in my prescription to a real person here, during their hours. I have never had any problem with parking or with my scrips being ready. They are always on time, and always helpful. I tried to have my doctor's office call in scrips to another pharmacy, and over multiple attempts, the other pharmacy couldn't get my scrip attached to me and my insurance. It wasn't under another name there... they just totally didn't have it. The first time I had my doctor's office call Livonia Pharmacy, my scrip was ready right away, and they've never had any trouble getting me and my prescriptions tied to my insurance. more

Better off trusting your health to Wal-mart 9/27/2010

Employees very unprofessional, and consistently rude to me when I ask questions about medications. Once gave me the wrong prescription and argued with me when I insisted it was wrong. more

excellent 7/26/2008

This pharmacy is so helpful, never rude. They really are customer oriented and never make you feel stupid if you have a question about a medication like alot of places do. more
