Do not order the famous New Orleans sandwich here. It was simply 3 slices of ham and 1 slice of cheese with a little olive salad on top for $11.95. I asked the maker where the salami was and she said it was on there but very thin. So thin you couldn't see it or taste it. It would have been nice if she had offered a second thin slice, but no such luck. I finally found a paper thin small piece of salami on top of the ham. The draft beer was cold and tasty so all was not a loss. Upon arrival home I checked out the various recipes on the Net for this sandwich. Most require at least five slices of salami and six slices of cheese plus ham if desired. Cannot help but feel that I got taken on this one! Happy traveling.
