Little Pals' Preschool

Both of my children have attended little pals since 6 months old through Kindergarten. The teachers and staff are amazing. My son need speech services and they helped every step of the way. more

Little Pals is amazing daycare/school. Each teacher treats the student like their own and are always available if you have any questions. It amazes me the growth I’ve seen in my son since my son started attended. And as far as the reviews i see that the place is dirty the building is old however I am constantly see the teachers cleaning the rooms and toys as well as seen a cleaning lady there on several occasions. more

director will try to diagnose chidlren of un knowing parent that they child have speech problems so she can get extra business from the state. beware more

I know for a fact this preschool is in compliance with regulations from New York State. So as far as filthy, dirty... I call BS. I'm fairly certain the reviews are from the same person who may have had some sort of disagreement with someone at the school. We went on word of mouth when picking a school for our children. We've heard rave reviews from everyone that has sent their children here. I'm happy to give Little Pals 5 stars! more

My daughter has been attending Little Pals for two years now. I'm truly surprised at the bad reviews. I've never had any negative issues arise. We decided to put my daughter in preschool to socialize her. I was very anxious about leaving her in someone else's care. My daughter's teacher Ms. Melissa is as good as they come. She's kind and patient. I feel safe leaving my most precious person in life with her. more

My child attends to little pals! It's sad to see so many negative reviews, but I guess if you look at it as a whole only five negative reviews spread over a period of years, seeing as there's at least a hundred or so children who attend the school. But it's still sad to see so many negative reviews when my experience with the school is nothing but positive. My child is there late so I'm not sure if the other parents picked up early but everynight when I go to get my child I always see the teachers cleaning and cleaning down toys. As far as being sick let's remember children are always touching everything and go to a lot of public places and their immune systems are not quit built up yet, so I'm sure with any place you go they may be bound to get sick, however my child has only been sick twice so far this whole year with nothing more but a fever so I can't complain about that. The teachers are very caring and love my child like it was their own! Well I hope this review helps many of you, I just felt the need to put my positive review because there are a few negative ones and I'm having exactly the opposite experience as these select few parents have had! more

This is not a preschool it is daycare factory operating under the guise of a learning environment. My child was ALWAYS sick. The building is damp, dark and dirty. The director is a narrow minded controlling woman who extends the business based on the needs of her own family. more

The whole school is filthy and I agree the director is controlling, there is one thing to know what you are talking about and one thing to just talk.Not very approachable, better care is out there always take a tour first and look around because they tell you one thing but seeing is believing. If the school is dirty that is poor management,health, organization with staff and lack of care and that is the mind set.BEWARE more

I was very disappointed. The teachers act as if you are bothering them.The Director is not approachable, she talks down to you and acts like she cares, not geniune. My bills were always incorrect. They have a very unorganized way of doing the billing. Also expected me to pay for the whole month and than pay extra/another tution for Christmas and Easter. The place looks dingy, smells like mold and very antiquated. Kids cant move on to appropriate age group class unless they are potty trained. Many times i picked my toddler up and he was with the infants. My child was always sick. ONLY after the CT shootings did they decide to use the door locks!! and then its a weird set up. NOT very structured. I moved my child to another place and he has not been sick all the time, i never have issues with the billing and the Directors are approachable and understanding. No more billing issues. MOST of all he is with toddlers his own age group and not held back because he is not potty trained. more

The teachers are nice, however there is no room for the child to grow and be a child. The director is controlling. She tries to "diagnose" every child. The percentage of children receiving early intervention services at little pals is huge. They think something is wrong w the child just bc the child is being a child. Loved it for about a day. They also took the binky away from my child without me knowing and then complained that he didn't nap. The director needs to realize she is not the "boss" of our children. Think twice before dropping your child here where they are going to tell u that he/ she needs an intervention. more

The teachers were nice but I lost trust that the teachers in my child's room knew how to handle a toddler . more
