amazing teachers at Little Giggles 9/27/2011

The staff is absolutely wonderful and I cannot say enough about this amazing preschool. I have been THOROUGHLY impressed with the high degree of consciousness, care and extra-mile-effort that this school has given both my daughter and our family. They are always available to support child development and parenting with advice, ideas and wisdom and is an incredible Momma-love energy to fill in for when I am at work. At first, I felt guilty about leaving my little one in a daycare/preschool to work out of the house, but now my daughter begs me to go to school on weekends and holidays. She is thriving and loves her school and the amazing teachers at Little Giggles. more

Can't recommend enough! 9/27/2011

Our three-year-old twins have been attending Little Giggles since February and we couldn't be happier with our choice. Since my wife became a stay-at-home mom last summer we wanted to make sure our boys had a fun and safe place to interact with other kids there age and to spend time in a ""classroom"" Little Giggles fit exactly what we were looking for perfectly. The schedule options are great (our boys attend 3x a week). The director/teachers are wonderful. The kids absolutely adore her and we wish we could bring her home. Can't recommend enough! more

No Giggles 9/20/2011

If this is the only day care in the area that has openings and no waitlist, shouldn't questions arise as to why? The better day cares have waitlists, if this one is so good, why isn't there anyone waiting to get in? Check out all day cares and talk to staff, parents and neighbors before settling. more

encouraging environment 9/20/2011

I have ZERO guilt as a working mother because I know my kids are being well taken care of at Little Giggles. They run both a daycare and a preschool, my kids have been going here since 2009 and they love it. They go on field trips, there is great communication daily on what the kids are doing. The most important aspect for me is that Little Giggles really cares about the kids they have there. The adult to kids ratio is so low, typical 3 or 4 kids to one adults. They serve great meals everyday, they do potty training when the kids are old enough. They provide such a loving and encouraging environment. thank you so much for taking care of my babies! more

thank you so much!!!! 9/20/2011

I absolutely love this place and so does my son. I have worked in the education field for many years, I was so afraid that no one could care for him as well as me . . . Wrong! Little Giggles and there wonderful staff do an amazing job attending to the children and their individual needs. She makes the parents feel at ease, and they will keep you updated on your child's day, which is nice to hear in those first few days. We are so lucky that she was recommended to us and my son loves going there everyday and and has really grown in many areas; language, self help, independence, etc., thank you so much!!!! more

Better Judgement 9/18/2011

I think it's horrible that this business allows their employees to sit and smoke outside in their cars and outside the front doors in front of the children. I don't see why they can't have their cigarette breaks around back or on the side of the building where the children can't see them. I understand if your employees have to smoke but they don't need to do it in front of the children. more

thank you Little Giggles! 9/3/2011

My daughter has been going here for awhile now and she has settled into a routine and the staff knows her and gets to know each of the kids individually. The staff is very attentive and everyday they inform you of what happened during the day, like how much they ate, when they took a nap, etc. The staff is awesome and has tons of experience. They are very flexible and will work with you if you have a funky schedule like mine because I work as a contractor. The facilities are nice and a very good size, they are clean, functional, and conveniently located, thank you Little Giggles! more

Not Satisfied 8/7/2011

Even the advertising for this establishment is not accurate. If you go to www.littlegigglesdaycarenet you will find a site where it is obvious that the photos were not taken here. The fact of the matter is that the playground in the back does not have that much room for children to spread out to play like the picture indicates. The playground is extremely overcrowded with toys. Also, she needs to divide the children more. The back room is ages 6 weeks to 2 years. Then the front room is ages 3-12. Aslo I would not attend a daycare where 80% of the reviews on this site are from out of the area. If no one local can write a nice review then one should wonder as to why. more

Amazing day care 5/23/2011

Amazing day care center. Extremely clean facility. Friendly staff. If you're considering a daycare center in Mountain Top, this is a must see. Stop by unannounced and you'll be amazed at how welcomed you will feel. more

Kids love Little Giggles 7/13/2010

My children have attended Little Giggles for years and I only have kind things to say about each and every one that works there. The staff in the baby room treat each child as if they are raising one of their own. The toddler room staff coach the children to learn independence they even sing songs about days of the week, clean up, etc. The kids constantly have projects either on the walls or to bring home which are truly unique and fun. The preschool program is educational and the fun for the kids, I couldn't believe what the children have picked up so fast. Pros: friendly staff, staff have been there for many yrs Cons: kids don't want to leave they enjoy themselves more

Perfect place for your children 6/22/2010

I just read the last two reviews written by anonymous. Anonymous couldn't have researched Little Giggles staff. If they had they would have learned that the staff member who works with the pre-K children has his certificate. So does the owner. They work with the children. This is the probelm with sites such as this:. Anyone can just write what they want, true or not, and not have to leave their name. If you are looking for a day care for your kids, research all day cares and get the facts for yourself. On my visit to Little Giggles I found the staff and owner extremly friendly, and the building super clean. After further inspection I found that four of the staff members have worked there for 10 plus years. Very unusual in the day care industry. Prices are the lowest on the Mountain. Don't take my word for it, call around and ask. Comparing all things important to me I found Little Giggles to be the perfect place for kids. If you want your children to go to camp, take them to a summer camp. If you want your kids to go to a quality day care, check out Little Giggles. -Rose S. more

No Giggles at Little Giggles 3/26/2008

I would choose all options before sending your children here. There is no kindergarden readiness as advertised. They have no trained or licensed teachers that work with the children to help them be prepared for kindergarden. They basically have 1 room for infants, 1 room for older children, and 1 larger room for everyone else. I don't like the idea of having my 2 or 3 year old in the same room with younger school age children. They should be kept seperate. I think the staff is lazy. Most of the time you will see them sitting at tables not really interacting with the children. There are other daycares that have a daily learning schedule and are more hands on with the children. more
