Quick, efficient, interesting, and honest 7/26/2011

Jefferson (I think that was his name) came out to deal with my honey bee problem quickly. He did an excellent job in terms of assessing what to do, getting it done quickly, and answering my many questions. Follow up with Steve for removal proved the company is honest, straightforward, and quick on turn around. Steve was frank in his discussion and advice to me which saved me a LOT of money...when does a company do that these days? I would use Little Giant again in a heartbeat. more

Little Giant Beekeepers was very professional. They came out in a very timely manner. When I spoke to customer service, they acted like they were extremely concerned about our situation. Efficient and professional. A great experience. 6/6/2011

I work at a daycare, and therefore was concerned when I noticed a large group of bees beginning to nest around a limb on the school grounds. This was an obvious concern and a potential liability, so I needed the problem dealt with right away. I found Little Giant Beekeepers on the internet, and they were close by, so I gave them a call. The young man who came out was very polite and professional. He estimated that about 200,000 bees were present, but luckily they hadn't yet built a nest. He scooped them all off and took them away, and we've had no trouble since. He took care to removed every last bee, and the kids had a ball watching him work through the window. I am very happy with Little Giant. They showed up on time and were efficient getting the job done. If I had another problem, I would surely use them again. more

For what could have been a bad experience, it turned out a lot better. 5/10/2011

I definitely would recommend Little Giant Beekeepers. We had bees that decided to make a home in the eves of our roof, on a weekend to boot, and we called about six different beekeepers; Little Giant was the only one that even acted like they were interested. They were out here when they said, calling to let us know they were would be a little late, and they did their thing. They were very professional, efficient and all that. If anybody has problems like that, trust me, we will recommend Little Giant Beekeepers. Under the circumstances, they did a real good job. There was no trauma, no stress, they just got in here, took care of it, and that was it. They were very professional, and they did their job. I haven't seen a bee since, and we really appreciate that. They were also reasonably priced Little Giant Beekeepers would be the first ones we would call. For a bad experience, it turned out a lot better than we figured. We really appreciated them. more

Little Giant Beekeepers makes everything easy! 5/2/2011

Little Giant Beekeepers were so easy to do business with. They were easy to contact and easy to schedule with. They called me back immediately and were so nice and helpful. He arrived on time and was extremely professional. I felt completely safe and comfortable with him in and around my house while I was home alone. He also worked quickly. He was very knowledgeable and was able to stop the issue before it grew worse. I've already recommended Little Giant Beekeepers to a couple of my friends and we'd absolutely use their services again! more

Entertaining and knowledgeable. Saved me over $750! 4/14/2011

The gentleman that came out from Little Giant Beekeepers was very entertaining. But he also knew what he was talking about. He probably saved ma about $750 in additional work that didn't have to be done because he took care of the problem. more

Had to have them out twice, but they know their stuff. 3/1/2011

I called Little Giant Beekeepers a couple of time because I had issues with bees on the side of the house. They came out and got things taken care of. The first time they were out, we didn't feel the difference enough. The bees ended up coming back, which was not a good thing. Little Giant Beekeepers seem to know their job. The second time they came out, everything was fine. It's been awhile since we've had any trouble with bees, and I can't really remember anything monumental that was an issue with Little Giant. I kept their card, so if I do have an issue, I'll call them again. more

Highly skilled professionals who get the job done in a timely manner. 1/31/2011

I have used Little Giant Beekeepers two times, and will use them again if necessary. I called them when I needed bees removed from my garage and they called me back immediately. They were fast in getting the job done and very knowledgeable about the work they do. They were very professional and courteous too. I highly recommend them to anyone having trouble with bees. more

Quick, efficient and bees have not returned in 2 years 1/25/2011

2 years ago, Little Giants sent out a bee removal specialist to our home to take care of bees that had made a hive inside our exterior garage wall. It only took one treatment and the bees were gone and have not returned. Very pleased. more

Very Good 12/29/2010

We had a large bee hive on one of our home owner's houses, so we called Little Giant Beekeepers and they came out right away. They promptly took the hive down and they bees have not been back. We had actually used them once before to remove a hive in the summer. They are very professional. Sylvia Glen Lakes HOA more
