Ronnie and Merlene run this place and are the nicest and most helpful managers I have come across in the storage industry. I came in wanting a 10x20 climate controlled unit. While they had one, they asked what I was storing. Turns out that I only needed a 5x5 in climate and the rest didn't need climate. They saved me a ton of money and I feel confident that my stuff is safe there. They know everyone that comes through their gate and live there and watch it like hawks. Class act. more

Do not lease storage space from this company. I stored my furniture/appliances here in what I ""thought"" was climate controlled. This is what I was told by the agent (Terri Miller). To make a long story short, rats lived comfortably inside my furniture. All of my appliances(W/D and refrig) are now inoperable. I contacted the company and was told that there was nothing they could do about it bc I was paying for a non climate control unit. The owner also insinuated that I brought the rats with me. \r Never ever store your furniture with Little Elm Storage. If nothing else, friendly customer service may have alleviated some of my anger but this company can't even provide that. Pros: None unless you like Rats Cons: Rats, Unfriendly, Deceptive more
