Me hanics wasted more than a 1/4 of a tank of gas to try and get the "cut out" issue to occur then charged me $85 for nothing as they did not find the issue.

We recently took our 2011 Sonata in for a routine oil change and ended up trading in our Sonata for a 2013 Genesis. They add us a deal we couldn't refuse! The sales associate was very personable, professional and made the experience a positive one. He took care of us and made sure we were well informed as well. We certainly will be back when it's time to buy the next car. more

Bruce and Lance both are dedicated individuals. Whether it is a oil change or 100000 mile service, I feel I am treated as an important customer to them. The team never makes me feel that my questions are unimportant to them. more

The service department is always great! 2/24/2014

I went in for a broken piece of plastic underneath my car. I expected to pay out a lot to get it fixed. I was out of town when it happened. Another Hyundai dealership quoted me $300 to fix it. Lythia Hyundai in Reno took care of it for free! Very honest and I appreciate that. I always get my car serviced there and I am always happy. more

Needed an oil change, got an oil change. 2/18/2014

I bought oil changes for life when I purchased my vehicle at this dealership. I scheduled my first oil change without problems. On the day of the oil change, I was in and out in less than an hour. There's coffee and snacks in the waiting area, as well as a TV and WiFi. I was definitely happy with my first scheduled oil change. more

Service Work is Awesome! 2/11/2014

Recently took my vehicle in for its first oil change. Was treated like royalty from setting the appointment to picking up the car! I'll be a regular customer from now on! I realize there's a premium to dealership service work, but can't imagine being treated any better anywhere else. Thanks to the entire staff, especially Lance! more
