Went shopping to Dunedin to cute little shops like Darling Memories,Amanda Austin and Rose Garden. Everyone in these shope were nice and welcoming. I wanted to end my shopping experience with a nice cup of Java. Whe I walked to Cappucino's Bakery...I saw a couple of customers and once person working behind the counter so I decided to sit and but my bags down. When I sat on the counter...the lady working there didn't aknowledge me but I figure she was alone so I didn't take it personally. Since I really was craving my cup of Java I decided to patiently wait. After taking the order from customers she went to the back and dissapeared for 20 minutes. At this point I really needed to go to the bathroom. When she came of to serve the people I asked if she can buzz me to the bathroom and she ignored me. I asked again and she SHOUTED at me and I saw a mean lady looking at me. She yelled"don't you see that I'm working alone here...if you need a public bathroom there's one around the corner". I metioned to her that I was a potential customer and I have been patient by waiting 20 minutes and she didn't have to yell at me and send me to a public bathroom. I've had my bags here and that she shouldn't abuse me for no reason. After that...she yelled at me again and told me that I should leave her shop. SHe mentioned that she was the owne and I was shocked and couldn't believe that she was being so cruel to me for no apparent reason. She basically was taking out her job or personal frustrations on me. I was really shocked and like any women with some integrity I defended my case....and tol her that she was very cruel and bitter and that this is no way to treat a customer who has been patiently waiting. She then did the ultimate...she called the cops so they can escort me for no reason. Since it was so unfair...I figured I would wait and explain my side of the story to the cops...that I was basically waiting 20 minutes for a cup of Java and to use the bathroom and this lady was just cruel with me for no apparent cause...just being abusive towards me from her personal frustrations. I decided to leaven and not let her ruin the wonderful experience I had with other merchant owners in the area. I saw her as being cruel, catty and bitter and left without take in it personally. I have travelle all over the world and come from a family of restaurant owners and I ive that the owner of Cappuccino's Bakery a 0 out of 10 rating for cruelty, abuse, and and hateful energy. Have a spirit lady...it's Xmas. She is a lady Scroodge. If you are visiting Dunedin...stay away if you are happy, attractive and fairly young because this witch will hate on you and give you ill treatment. She represents the haters of the world who hate the happy, sexy, beautiful and cheerful young women. STAY AWAY from the abuse. Oh by the way I saw she did the same to a customer on a Yahoo Travel Review....this MErchant will give Dunedin a bad name. more

I bought a package from this place to have my bikini zone done. The technicians who treated me were never consistent: some treated the area I wanted removed, others only did a small area, telling me I would have to pay more for them to treat the rest. This was after the consult, when I was told that the entire area was covered. After all of the treatments the hair was noticeably thinner, but it never went away, and within six months it ALL came back! I was told that due to my skin tone and hair texture I was an ideal candidate. So much for that! When I wrote a letter to Premier about this I was ignored, not once but twice. This is a great clinic for hair removal with a great staff that makes you feel very comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. I am a rather large gal that has been having her bikini area, upper inner thighs and stomach done (rather embarrassing when your are a large person) but the staff is great at making it seem like the most natural thing they do. this place is definitely a place to go for your next skin treatment. i've been there many times and have done microderm to chemical peels. my skin looks so much better after few treatments and more than happy to go back there. ask for special deals that they offer every month. I went to Premier Laser about 2 years ago to get help for the dark spots on my face, mainly my cheeks. I had 2 treatments with them and although it did erase a few small spots, it made the two spots on my cheeks bigger and darker. I cannot afford more treatments and they told me I would need two tx- tops. When I told them it didn't work after the 2nd time, they said they would give me some solution to put on it and if that didn't work they mentioned another type of treatment that I can't remember. Well, I tried the solutions for months and it did not change anything. When I told them that, they denied that they offered me anything else. I am so upset that I spent an enormous amount of money to look WORSE! Now I have to walk around with a huge dark spot on each cheek. Thanks Premier Laser. I've had some, "less than great experiences" with my previous laser treatments. I'm happy to say I had a much better experience with Premier Laser Clinic! I felt comfortable with the staff , as they were very informative and made me feel at ease with my decision to continue laser treatments. I have been a client of Premier Laser for over a year, and I love it! I am finally hair free and looking great. I have found the staff very warm and welcoming, and professional too. I saved money by buying a package of treatments, and the written guarantee is great. I have referred my family and friends here and want to start skin treatments too. Their hours are very convenient for me and their location is so easy to find. I work in Beaverton and live in SE Portland, so I drive by every day. The only warning I can give is that once you have a body part lasered, you'll be hooked - and want to buy more! Check other places in town, but Premier has the best prices, machines, and staff. I went to Premier for a consultaion the sales girl, a hawiian beauty, helped me decide that Premier was the best place to go without pushing me into doing my service there I cant wait to see my results. I start laser hair removal in the fall, because I want to tan this summer. No other center told me not to tan. When I walked into Premier, I did not feel welcome. I waited quite a while before being addressed. During my consultation, I felt very rushed. The technician was extremely pushy and I felt that my ?'s and concerns were not properly answered. Yes, their prices are cheaper than most laser places, but I feel you pay for what you get and Premier did not get my business due to lack of professionalism. more
