Terrrible customer service, got picked up from airport the driver didnt say one single word to me-not offering to help w/suitcase, not hello/good-bye just coldly opened and closed the door. I needed assistance, he ignored me, he just was whisteling the whole way. A cab would have cost a bit less but I wanted the convenience of my car. I asked cashier his name so I can call the owner, she didnt give me his name, I called and asked for a mgr. he wouldnt give me his name he said Ill talk to him. He didnt ask for my name or anything so mostlikey he didnt have the authority to even talk to him. I would never use their service again.
Cons: I had to park my new car on gravel even though the paved parking had many spots
