On Saturday, Aug. 23, I had arranged for you to pick my party and I (6 of us) up at Orlando Airport, and transport us to Port Canaveral to pick up our cruise ship. Unfortunately, only some of our luggage arrived in Orlando with us. This necessitated my spending almost an hour with Southwest Airlines, filing lost luggage reports, and trying to make arrangements for our luggage top be forwarded to the port if it showed up. I had called your office to explain our predicament, and was put at ease; our driver would stand by until we were ready. You also assured me that, since our driver/car wasn't reserved for another trip that afternoon, we could have the driver take us somewhere to replace our lost luggage. This he did with great courtesy and patience. I want to extend to you, and our driver (whose name I don't recall), my very heartfelt (if tardy) Thanks! for assisting us during that extremely trying experience. It all worked out, and we ultimately had a great vacation.
