Absolutely horrible customer service. Booked a limo with them and they sent an old beat up limo. Car was filtthy and broke down leaving us stranded. Owner will not return calls or give us any kind of refund. Unbelieveable how these guys can stay in business.....bunch of crooks. more

Terrible Experience 7/8/2011

We used this service for my best friends wedding. They sent a limo to the church to pick up the wedding party. The inside of the limo was literally falling apart and the air conditioning wasn't working on a 90 degree day. We broke down multiple times on the way to the reception before we finally broke down for good. We had to call for our own rides from family and friends in order to get to the reception on time. They refused to give us any sort of refund. The owner was incredibly rude about the whole situation. An apology was never even offered. Terrible customer service. more

Good overall experience 3/1/2009

We had a very difficult request for the limo driver as it related to pick ups and keeping everything a suprise. I appreciated their follow up and understanding of our situation. more

I used limo world for my daughters last day of school on June 11,2008. the service was top notch and the driver was very nice and polite. My kid and her friends had a great time and felt like royalty. I called many other places and this company had the best rates and the vehicles my kid wanted. This place treated me nice and have told many other people about it. more

BEST PLACE I HAVE USED 12/18/2008

In october i took my wife out for dinner. I called the owner got a price and it was a very good and the best one i got.The owner recommended some good places to take and and my wife was very happy at the end of the night and hasn't stopped talking about them. My wife has told all her friend how much fun and how good Limo World is. more

EXCELLENT SERVICE 12/18/2008

I used Limo World for my brithday in Sept and it was great. When the limo showed it was on time and ever a little early. The driver was very helpful and knew his way around very well he took my party to Detroit for dinner.I have rented from other places before and Limo Worlds prices were the best and as well as there service. I would recommend them to any one. more
