I'm from the beautiful city of Los Angeles, boasting the largest population of Koreans outside of Korea so I've had my share of excellent Korean Soon Tofu. Lighthouse Korean Tofu House was recommended as one of the most popular Tofu Houses in the area and as I have cravings for Soon Tofu, I had to give it a try.
The menu is basic, offering about six different soon tofu options at varying levels o spicyness. Other options are Kalbi, Bulgogi, and Seafood pancake.
The tofu, Korean side dishes, and the bulgogi I ordered were average but not outstanding. While the waitress came back to refill our waters, she never came back to refill our barley tea despite my request.
If you want your tofu fix, Lighthouse will be a fine place to go, if you want an exceptional tofu house, I'm still on the lookout!
