We all have emotional experiences and can find ourselves in situations we don't want in our lives. As painful or challenging as they are, those situations can provide us with an opportunity to learn, grow and develop. This belief is the foundation of my practice.
My counseling approach is holistic, and my intention is to form a safe, supportive, non-judgmental, interactive relationship with clients to create personal transformation from the inside, as well as the outside!
