Kaz really made the difference in my purchase decision. When I realized I had to buy a new (or pre-owned) car, I did not look forward to dealing with stereotype car salespersons. After a week of looking at other dealerships I found the stereotype to be mostly true: salepersons rushing me and pushing the hard sell whether the car was right for me or not (""what can I do to put you in a new car TODAY""). After those experiences, it was reassuring to deal with someone like Kaz, whom I felt comfortable with and trusted. He was relaxed, informative, and forthright in showing me numerous BMWs and giving me test drives of the ones I was interested in. Most of all, he made me feel that I was not just buying a car TODAY, but entering into a relationship with him and with the Life Style BMW dealership.
