The Towson Library had one of the highest circulation rates of any in the entire country for many years and still might have for all I know. That means that they buy books that people want to read rather than books they think people should read! The staff is friendly and helpful and the library is laid out in a way that makes sense, especially with the kids' area off at one end. My kids loved to go there. Parking is generous and the location in the heart of Towson is ideal.
