Excellent service on GE refrigerator 9/7/2017

Service technician arrived on time (even a little early!) and was able to diagnose and repair the problem with the water-dispensing feature of our GE refrigerator in just a few minutes. Nicely done! more

Simple and easy...as it should be 8/24/2017

I LOVE LH Brubaker. About four years ago, they installed all of my Wolf and Thermador appliances in my brand new kitchen. Still love them. Our old deep freeze in the garage died, and they quickly got me a replacement, arriving a little earlier than scheduled, which was wonderful. Their delivery guys are sweet and kind, making sure I knew what I needed to know, even taking a minute to say hello to the dogs. They're trustworthy professionals...exactly what I want and need. more

brubaker dryer repair 7/14/2017

service tech was great. Prompt, courteous and professional. My problem is with design of the GE dryer--whoever engineered this should be fired. The cheap plastic mounting system for post is ridiculous--and the cheap knobs that break (I've had 3 break already)--and the absurd cost for replacement knobs is pure greed. I'll never buy GE appliances again. more

The service was wonderful, but the bill was high. A couple hundred dollars more I could have bought a new stove. The serviceman was great as in finding the second problem right away. So job well done. But expensive. more

Ben and Rusty came to install our appliances for new kitchen today. The granite was running late, and had incorrect opening for cooktop, and plumbing was incorrect for the sub zero frig and freezer. Ben was the best problem solver, calmly worked with the situation, went above and beyond! In good spirits all day, and at the end, everything was in, and working beautifully! Thank You Ben! more

This company is a local family business. Very friendly and ready to help sales team in the store(Ken). Excellent delivery/install guys(Ken / Colin) (Ben/Eric), and wonderful customer service/ support(Abby). We had a small issue with the original fridge that was delivered and it was completely hassle and worry free to get it fixed. I will be recommending this place to family and friends. more

Arrived when your email said they would. Loved the pictures of crew so I knew who to expect-a nice touch. They removed & hauled away old appliances, installed the new ones & made sure they were working before they left. Good sales experience & installation. Will use your store when I need appliances instead of fooling around with shoddy sales people at other retail locations. Thank you for making this easy. more
