Jeremy was on time, polite and knows his job well. During a scheduled maintenance he noticed something I missed. Turned out to be a mouse chewing on a wire outside. If he had not caught that I would not have known until I ran on emergency heat for a month. And if that's never happened to you...it's quite expensive! more

Furnace Maintenance/Repair 2/3/2016

We purchased a new HVAC system in March 2011 and the thermostat regularly showed an error code indicating that the furnace was not working properly. We reported the problem during regular service checks and after additional calls about the issue. Several technicians responded and attempted to correct the problem, but none were successful. Jeremy was dispatched to our house in January 2016, and he was very persistent; he simply would not give up until the problem was solved. He was very professional and competent, and there was no giving up in his approach. We really appreciate his help in solving a problem that we thought we would not ever be solved. more

Visit of 1-13-2016 for Furnace Maintenance 1/15/2016

DJJ came to our home to check our furnace as part of a regular maintenance package that we paid for with Level Home Services. He was very polite, professional, and explained in detail all that he was doing. He worked around our 9 pound Shitzu dog and quickly became friends with her. He also made a point of introducing himself to my disabled husband and answering some questions that he had. Heating System Turn Up 1/13/2016

Sent an email to confirm appointment. Arrived on time. Identified heating systems issues. Explain multiple options with pricing. Repaired most of the issues on the same visit. Ordered parts and schedule another appointment to allowed time for the parts to arrive. Fair price, excellent & knowledgeable service, quick and efficient repair work. I quizzed the service representative on the thermodynamics of heat pumps, computational fluid dynamics of ASHRAE ductwork, and he passed with flying colors. Mike P. is a sharp technician. Thanks more

Since my initial contact with Level Home Services, my experiences have been exceptional. There is no doubt, from my humble perspective, this company is owned/managed by Customer Focused Individuals. From estimate, to install to service calls, Level Home Services goes well beyond my expectations in meeting the needs of their customer. Today was no exception with the introduction of Tyler B as he arrived, on time, for a scheduled maintenance. A gentleman, professional, obviously well trained and thorough. Having experience with two other heating/cooling Companies, which I will not name, however tempted, Level Home Services makes the "Other Guys" appear as amateurs. Semi-Annual Checkup 1/4/2016

Level's Justin B. visited my home for my semi-annual HVAC checkup. He was prompt, courteous, patient, and informative. My equipment was fine with the exception of a communications error between my indoor and outdoor units. He explained the situation and some possible resolutions. In the end, he replaced a piece of equipment and the situation resolved itself. In addition, there were multiple technology settings that needed to be adjusted. Justin took the time to make the adjustments and explain to me how to adjust on my own. Not only an HVAC technician but also a digital technician given the advancements in the HVAC technology. I originally chose Level for my equipment based on the company reputation and the company and its employees have yet to let me down in the past three year. Highly recommend! more

Inspection of Heating System Components 1/4/2016

Had my gas heat furnace serviced today by Mike P. from Level Home Services and only have nice things to say. Mike was friendly and courteous as well as professional. My scheduled appt. time was between 8 and 10 AM and Mike arrived at my home shortly after 8 AM. He also asked me numerous times if there was anything else he could do for me before he left. DJ came over this morning to do regular maintenance on my heat pump. He called to let me know he has arrived. He cleaned my inside and outside units. Very professional and pleasant. I would highly recomment Level to anyone looking for someone they can trust more

this technician was prompt and professional. It didn't take him long to figure out the problem with my boiler. He fixed it and then ran through a process that determines everything else was working properly. In a friendly manner he explained all the details around my heating problem. Humidifier System replacement 11/30/2015

Mike P did a great job with the replacement of our humidifier which broke down just a month shy of the warranty expiring. It wasn't easy....our old humidifier was no longer being produced by Honeywell and the new one needed a little more tech work than expected. Mike followed through, the job was completed, checked, explained and shown how to use, turn off, drain, and adjust the system. All in all an excellent job! And Mike is also always pleasant and very polite! more
