First I have to say NEVER have this procedure done there, go to Eyelash Connection. Second, if you have any other work done there, pay by credit card so you can dispute the charg...

Very Pleasant & Such A Relaxing Atmosphere 2/4/2011

It was very pleasent. i liked the relaxed atmosphere as well as the comfortable professional conversation I had with my hair dressser. I purchased some hair products that I really love. Came to this salon because I recieved a gift card,liked it so much that I will be back. more

Top Aveda Salon! 12/14/2010

I just moved here to Reno from Illinois and was looking for an Aveda salon when I came across L'essence Day Spa Salon.When I had come they actually took time to ask questions so they could individualize my treatments. Coming from a large city with many Aveda salons to choose from I found L'essence to be at the top of their game. more

Staff was very friendly and made me feel comfortable on my first visit. Mo asked a lot of questions to make sure she gave me the best service possible. She noticed things about my hair no other hair dresser ever had! Loved the complimentary wine too!!! more
