Unfortunately slow and less than friendly 4/1/2011

Unfortunately, this time Les Schwab let me down. I was there to do a straight tire swap from snow to summer with tires on rims. I left my car at 9:24am and was told it would take 3 hours. After calling at 1pm to see if my car was done I was told another hour and when I stopped in at 2pm I was told it was still 2 cars away from being started. If I had been told 6 hours I would not have dropped my car off today. Unfortunate since I typically love their service but maybe I will take to another Les Schwab. more

No More Squishy Tire. 11/2/2005

I don't know how many times the nice people at the Les Schwab on Barbur have fixed my tires. I love how polite they are and I really appreciate that they don't talk down to me simply for being a female. I am amazed every time they finish with my car and tell me there is no charge for the tire repair. They're great and I will definitely by my next tires from them. They can keep the free beef though. That just seems creepy. more

Friendly and Fast! 5/30/2005

Les Scwabs are all over the Northwest. I've been to this location twice, once for a blown out tire and the other for a rotation. Both times, I was in and out in about an hour, with no appointment made. The staff was professional, and didn't make me feel pressured at all. They were also nice enough to find a cheap, used tire that matched the ones I already had. They saved me some money! more

Les Schwab 4/25/2005

I've been to several Les Schwab locations in both Oregon and Washington over the last several years and you know, they've always done a good job for me and been professional about it. All those times they patched my tires for free and found weight to throw in the back of my truck so I could drive up the pass and ski while I was home for winter break--thanks guys! more
