My honda passport hasn't been stopping exactly where it's supposed to lately and feels like it's taking corners on 2 wheels, leaving me suspicious of the health of my brakes among other things. I live about 10 minutes from this Les Schwab, knew they offered free tire & brake inspections, so headed on over on Friday. They cleared my tires as robust & not in need of replacing, & then set up a break check for first thing Monday morning. \r

My appointment was at 8am & I needed to be on the road by 12:30. Turned out I needed new front breaks, struts, & allignment. The mechanic took me out to my car to show me exactly what the problem was and what needed fixing. \r

They got on it right away & had me out of there by 12:30. My car feels AMAZING - what a difference! So THIS is what it feels like to have my car stopping where it's supposed to! And it's taking corners on all 4 wheels now. I feel much safer (and so should all of you).\r

In addition, every employee I interacted with was so friendly and positive. Also, they run everywhere - giving me the distinct impression they really do care about my time, or at least, their health - either way a good thing. Their waiting area and restrooms are also very clean and comfortable. I was able to get a good chunk of homework done while I waited (in the waiting area, not the restroom).\r

I will definitely be back with any tire or brake needs I have in the future!\r
