just keep doing what you do and you will have my cars for repair for there life. This is one of the only shops i would ever go to. As it is I drive close to 1 hr to get to his shop and it is worth it. Good service all ways willing to go to the extra for there customers. more

A bit resistant to self-diagnosis of problems, and a bit prone (although less than any other service provider) to suggestions of service that are unnecessary to the alleviation of a specific problem. While a "shotgun" approach can cure a car's ailments, I prefer to isolate the problem, then proceed with maintenance.....and I am more for maintenance than any of their customers. On the other hand, Leonardi Automotive is the most likely to find a problem, and repair it for the least amount. And, they will, often do little extra things, such as top off brake fluid or anti-freeze, or do a quick head lamp alignment on your care for no charge. They also have a great referral program, whereby, if one refers a new customer for an oil and lube, the referring individual gets a free oil and lube as well (everybody wins). AAA members get a 10% off parts, and every 10th oil change is free. A great bunch of guys who "listen" to what you say. I remain a loyal customer as they are the least of all evils, so to speak.....and they are pleasant to deal with. more

I am a great fan of Leonardi Automotive. I have been using them for 4 or 5 years. If something is not fixed correctly or otherwise not to our liking, Leo says "bring it back." He wants you to be happy. The job must be done correctly. And they keep wonderful records. They always know exactly what I need. We have an extended warranty and whenever we come in for service or repairs, they call the insurance company to check the warranty status, and they follow up with us. Their prices are very fair. We have checked with other places and they are never padded. Best of all, they do the work correctly the first time. We have to drive a half hour to get to Leonardi, and we are more than happy to do that. They are really nice people. The place is immaculate and the environment is family-friendly. If we have to leave the car, they are more than happy to offer us a ride. They are very accommodating. Patty Simmons more

Everything that I have ever asked from Leonardi Automotive they have done. The quality of work is excellent. I don't really have any issues with what they charge, especially compared to the dealerships. I have been using them for 8 years, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. more
