Bad customer services. I ordered a pair of glasses. They sent them out to make it and scheduled to a pickup for 2 weeks (Saturday, Oct27).
After 2 weeks, it is time to pick up. I called them and found out that they made a mistake (wrong prescription). They should call customer to inform the mistake prior to customer call them.
They promised customer that the classes will be ready by October 30th (Tuesday) and also promised to call customer.
On Tuesday, no call again. They pushed the delivery date to Friday, November 2 and promised a call to customer.
NO CALL to customer and have no clue about the classes.
The store staffs had bad attitude. I am not a satisfied customer. If you made any mistake or failed to meet the delivery date, call the customer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Pros: Easy to park, a lot choices for Frames
Cons: Bad customer scrivces and very bad communication. Failed to delive product on time. Normal waitiing time (2 weeks) is also too long. Not clue about the product quality yet.
