DO NOT PAY FOR CLASSES before you schedule a swim evaluation. If you can schedule a swim evaluation, congrats. It is next to impossible. The kicker is, the office people are totally unhelpful and rude to you. The customer is not only not ""right"" they are a pain in the staff's behind.
They only schedule things 7 days in advance. I have flaky friends that can't plan anything 7 days in advance, but never encountered a business that can't wrap their head around what might happen in two weeks.
This is mind boggling and part of terrible business plan to piss off clients even before they start. There is no rational explanation for why they can't schedule 7 days in advance.
Fine, when I do call 7 days in advance I get times like Thursday at 2pm (good luck working parents!). So if that one option doesn't work for you, tough. You have to wait another week to get another time that won't work for your schedule. However, you can't wait too long or your classes expire.
They might have great instructors, I don't think I'll ever find out because their administrative side is run so poorly.
