This is the WORST dentist office I have ever been to. The waiting room is always dirty. The staff is rude, incompetent and lazy. They have no idea what the word appointment means ...

i havent been to a dentist in over 13yrs, i always had a fear of the dentist and these nice people made me want to come back...the assistants and the dentist made me feel so comfortable the dentist stayed in the room until i understood my treatment that i needed... i defintly recommand this place to EVERYONE. dont go no where else in town...chevy B more

i had the worst smile EVER.... i went to tender dental and it was the best thing i ever did...i hated going to the dentist. everyone was so kind and nice they really made me feel at home.. i wont go no where else...THANKS TENDER DENTAL YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST.....HAPPY85 more

I have neglected my teeth all my life because of a poor childhood experience.\r i went to Dr. Ponce \r I had my entire mouth fixed without pain. I am so happy with my awesome smile and get lots of compliments. My coworkers now go to her and are just as pleased.\r Thank you so much. I now have confidence in dentists. more

i had come in to tender dental recently, and it was great. Dr. lee was a very gentle dr and i really enjoyed coming there for my dental work. Also Dr.Lee's team was very nice,and very professional. i would recommend this office to everyone. more

Worst Dental Office EVER!!! 6/16/2010

This is the WORST dentist office I have ever been to. The waiting room is always dirty. The staff is rude, incompetent and lazy. They have no idea what the word appointment means and once I sat waiting for THREE HOURS past the time of my appointment to see the dentist. The hygentists jab with their tools so hard that you will bleed, but yet they have no idea how to properly floss or polish teeth. Then you won't hear from them until the day they want to send you to collections for the co-pay!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!! Pros: Nothing positive here. Cons: Everything! more
