STILL WAITING 12/1/2010

We ordered a couch and 2 chairs, August 28, 2010. Today is December 1, 2010 and we still do not have our furniture. We have to constantly contact the store for any information. We were told 6-8 weeks for the furniture. It is almost 14 weeks. We would not of ordered the furniture, if we knew it would take this long. Now when I call the phone rings, and rings. hummmmmm. more

not a good place to shop 2/16/2010

My wife and I bought what they call a 2 x 2 special Order... it came in wrong color, they comped us a end table and coffee table ( already damaged mind you) reordered right color... our item came in , they delivered it, the mechinical parts were damaged, they sent out a guy to look at it, 1 year later they finally came and picked it up, now we just hope they return it on time. Pros: lots of selections Cons: TERRIBLE customer service more

Great Selection & WONDERFUL Customer Service 3/26/2009

We looked for some time at new furniture, but when we went into the Leather One it was a totally different experience. No high-pressure sales, just friendly and very helpful people. The selection is diverse and they have an offering at many prices. I couldn't believe what all I was able to afford there. It was delivered on time, by very clean and courteous delivery people and looks GREAT in my home. I will always go there first in the future! Pros: They worked with me and followed through on every promise more
