I shopped everywhere and could not find what I was looking for. The quality was terrible out there and I could not find the exact items I needed due to a difficult room to decorate. I went to the local Leather Creations showroom in Buford. I was greeted by a very friendly representative that spent hours with me helping me pick the style, leather and more specifically, the exact items for my difficult space. The price was fair, in some cases it was higher then comparable items and in other cases it was lower in price. They make it locally so I felt good about buying from a local place, especially since it was made in the USA. It always helps to keep our dollars here. So I ordered the furniture and they said they needed 7-8 weeks to build it. OH OH, I needed it sooner then that since I had a house warming party and this was the main reason I was purchasing. The rep said hang on one minute, let me call the factory. After a couple of calls of verifying they could get the leather in time, and produce the pieces in time, he guaranteed me that my furniture order would be produced and delivered in the 3 week time frame I was working with. He explained that they typically ask for 7-8 weeks but since they were the manufacturer and not just another retail store, they could pretty much do anything as long as they could get the materials in time. He verified they could and he assured me that my order would be made in time. So I fill out the paperwork and order my furniture and hold my breath. Experience tells me that furniture stores in general don't have the best reputation for delivering when promised. 2 weeks later and I get a call from their delivery department. Still holding my breath, I set up a time for delivery now 3 days before my party and ahead of schedule. I am still thinking they just rushed my order and it would show up with problems. The day of the delivery comes and I get a call that they are running 15 – 20 minutes late. Oh boy, the problems are coming right? Wrong! They showed up 15 minutes late, exactly as they told me they would, the guys were excellent, courteous and professional, they unwrapped the furniture and inspected it with me. It was perfect. Exactly as I had ordered and it looked spectacular in my new home. They showed me how to care for the furniture and took all of the materials with them making sure my room was clean and exactly as I had it. I tipped them and sent them on their way. A few weeks passed and the party was very successful. I had many complements on my new furniture and come to find out, many of my friends and family had also purchased from Leather Creations as well and were delighted with their experience. I recommend this store for anyone looking to get nice quality furniture from a company that does what they say they are going to do. Oh and did I mention this is also the most comfortable furniture I have ever owned? It is. I simply could not be any happier. Congratulations on a great job to all at Leather Creations. From now on, I will buy all my furniture from you.
