I called this company after a fourth attempt to have my garage door opener repaired by a Sear's technician who obviously did not know what he was doing. I received the same day service from this company who sent a young man named Mike who was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He provided great guidance along with service the way it used to be in this country. I cannot say how pleased I was with the experience of having this company satisfactory handle the problem with my garage door opener. more

he did all the work very quickly 11/21/2014

Backed out of the garage today with the door down! I called today at 2:30. He was at my home within a half hour. Fixed my entire door for a MORE than reasonable and fair price. He was super and honest and didn't try to sell me a whole new door like I was afraid was going to happen. His work is detailed and he is very neat and left my garage exactly how it was when he got there. 10 stars would be better!!! more

Yeah, this guy's pretty awesome. Popped in to replace a garage door spring, in-n-out in about 30 minutes like a boss. We weren't ready to fix the opener yet, since we don't use the garage door much and there's a ping pong table full of junk in the way, so Steven threw out 3 different options...fix it, here's the price...replace it with a new one, here's the price...buy your own and I'll install it, here's the price. He even offered to leave a part in case I wanted to fix the opener myself. You don't generally think about garage door guys until it breaks. It happened and Steven was wicked efficient at getting me back to comfortably ignoring my functional garage door. Thanks again... more

this guy was really good at what he was doing to our garage door 8/23/2014

Just when you think "customer service" is a lost art, this company reestablished my belief that the customer is valued and respected. My experience was VERY positive and educational. The technician, Shawn was on time, polite, professional, and most of all experienced. I had a spring above my garage door break and Shawn explained each sequence to properly repair the problem. After watching Shawn perform his duties I am relived I did not attempt this repair myself. I will recommend this company to all family and friends and to have them ask for Shawn!. Thank you this company and Shawn for a job well done. more

honest and hardworking guys 8/15/2014

My husband called them this morning and our garage door was fixed before noon. Now that's service! John was super nice and informative. On top of that, the total cost of repair was the same price as just having someone from the garage door company come out and take a look. Boo to you evil garage door company We found someone better. Thanks the internet for pointing us to this company :) more

The tech was fast, friendly, efficient, and fair. What more could you want! When my garage door spring broke last year, I called about a half dozen different companies all of which either couldn't get out for days or tried to up sell me on a whole new opener or door even before seeing ours. more

great service 6/18/2014

Dominick saved my bacon tonight! I backed the wife's car into the garage door, knocking it off the track. He showed up within minutes on his way home from another job, Got it all back on track, straightened out, and running smooth as butter. This is the second service call he's made here,. He was enthusiastic and very professional about his work both times. He didn't even make fun of me for backing into the door. lol I appreciate his promptness, efficiency, & courtesy. It is good to see a good man happy in his work these days. more
