I have to say I have visited the Salon a few times and I have experienced nothing but gossip and women talking behind each others backs as soon as one turns. It's fake and foney to the core. As far as my experience with my hair they did not do what I requested and I was displeased. I just got such a feeling of judgement in that place. I will never step foot in there again. I had a great experience at Le San. I went to another salon and got a cut and the woman gave me the worst haircut I have ever had. I showed up to Le San very angry, upset and almost on the verge of tears because the previous woman had buzzed the back of my hair and I have a wedding to go to in a week. Christan at Le San was understanding and did a wonderful job of cleaning it up and turning it into a edgy chic cut that is actually own of the best I have ever had. Le San Salon and Day Spa is the over all best salon I've ever been to. They are very welcoming and experienced. THey have sent everyone out of there with a great style, and/or very pleased look on their face. I would recoomend anyone to go there. Good job staff!!! more

This was the first time i got a pedicure. my boyfriends mom gave me a gift certificate to come in and get a pedicure for mothers day. it was the most enjoyable experience. i also got a haircut while being there and i am very pleased with the way my hair was cut and styled. i will be going back in the future to get another pedicure and haircut. the staff is friendly and greet you as soon as you walk in. I am so excited!!! I just had the greatest, most wonderful day @ Le San Salon and Day Spa. My husband got me a gift certificate package for Mother's Day and I could not have been more pleased. I had Three Hours in Heaven (Organic Manicure, Stress Relief Facial and a Zen Pedicure) and Lunch!!!!!!!!! I ordered what I wanted for lunch when I first arrived and it was served in the ""relaxation room"", after my facial. What a great time! I was so relaxed. The Zen pedicure was the best pedicure of my life! All of my stuff was done in a room the was private, and had a very relaxed atmosphere. Nice music, soft lights. You lay down to get this pedicure! I fell asleep until I felt those hot rocks touched my feet. She massaged my feet and legs with the stones for a very long time and it was so incredible that I have to tell everyone! I had been searching for years for someone to replace my once perfect hairstylist (she moved away). It was a long search and years of mediocre haircuts. I booked an appointment for a hair cut at LeSan (what the heck), while I was also attempting to sample some of their spa services. I booked a haircut, style, deep scalp massage and facial. WOW! The staff at LeSan is WONDERFUL! My facial turned out so well I have been going back for regular facials and massages. The Zen Pedicure is AWESOME! My hair looks better than it ever has. Once again, I had a wonderful experience at Le San Salon and Day Spa. I received a haircut today by master stylist and owner, Lisa Roberts. She is amazing! Lisa has been cutting my hair for a year and a half and each time she has delivered to my expectations. The staff is professional, freindly and polite...just awesome! Sadly, I had a horrible experience when I went in to get a bangs trimmed . I requested that they be cut below my eyebrow so that the lines on my forehead were hidden. The stylist cut my fine hair to the middle of my forehead. Not the look I was going for over the holidays. Furthermore, she did not cut them all the same length. Some were longer strands than others. When I professed my disapproval, she agreed they were not her best job. She also let me know they have a Dr. that comes into the salon for botox. She did not charge me for the trim but she did charge for the conditioning treatment. It consisted of a few spritzes in the hair, a brief head message and hair that was still tangled when she combed it out. more

The owner of Le'San has been my hairstylist for probably 15 years, and strangers continue to approach me with, ""Who does your hair?"" Lisa is confident and experienced, both at hairstyling and running a salon, and is continually looking for new and innovative ways to serve the community's salon and spa needs. She researched, planned, designed and made preparations for her new facility for a long, long time, and all her endeavors have paid off with an exquisite, beautifully-decorated establishment and a friendly atmosphere with the latest in salon equipment and a calming spa area. Over the years, I have used Dee for superb manicures, pedicures and various other spa services. Soon I will be redeeming a gift certificate (from my husband) with Le'San's new massage therapist, Rindy (whom I've heard is the best in town)! My experiences at Le'San have always been upward of nice, and I congratulate Lisa on her advancements within the Pensacola salon/spa industry! Architecturally stunning, yet comfortable. Attitude of staff makes a new client instantly at home. Michelle gave me a wonderful cut, going from medium long to modified pixie. I was only scheduled for a consult and cut, but needed color as well. Michelle consulted her appointment book and found time to do the color with highlights. Michelle's a superb stylist. I look forward to a long realtionship with this salon, and to indulging in their spa services, as well (especially the Zen pedicure which Michelle described to me.) Also, Michelle gave me a tour of their beautiful new facility and introduced me to the owners who were doing everything from working the computers to sweeping up my long-gone hair on the floor.) The place was immaculate, by the way. Gift certificates for spa services are going to be my easy way to be a hero this Christmas. more

I just visited le sans new location and it is beautiful!! I have been to many other salons in pensacola and and honestly there is nothing like it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had a overall great experiance and my hair turned out beautiful. more

Very disappointing. I recieved nail services. Honestly, my nails never looked better. However, the Salon itself was filthy, dusty, unswept, and poorly kept. Another huge turn off was the constant gossiping (negative remarks) made between salon staff & customers. It makes you wonder if they talk about all their clients in such a negative way. I felt as if it were a place to gossip & not a professional atmosphere. I will not return. Pros: Great product Cons: Poor environment more

I called for a trim and eyebrow waxing and they were very friendly accomodating with scheduling. My hair turned out perfectly and the eyebrows were done just as I requested. The staff was also very friendly and made the atmosphere very comfortable. They weren't too pricey either like other salons of their caliber. I highly recommend Le San Salon!
