If you come here, I suggest coming during off hours so that you can grab a booth at the windows. You will enjoy views of the Kirkland marina and Lake Washington. We came at around 6pm on a Friday and enjoyed sunset views.
The service here is quite good -- waiter was there when you needed him. no need to flag him down or ask for more water , etc.
For the food, portions are quite small. i ordered beef bouginoin (oh man i don't know hwo to spell that ) which is a classic French dish. It was quite tastey with bold flavours. There were may three or four beef chunks in there though.
So it's a bit of an expensive place to go to but if you enjoy the views and go with great company, which was both true for me, then you'd enjoy this restaurant.
It also very much reminded me of Bastille bar & grill over in Ballard.
