I was a customer of this insurance office from the previous owner, and carried forward to Mr. Mui's office. The previous owner was ok, but I never had any contact with him. Mr. Mui's staff calls me if my payment is not received yet, sends me a card on my birthday, and sends me a helpful newsletter with tips and suggestions. I appreciate the extra service. I haven't had to put in a claim (knock wood!) but I'm sure they would handle that well.
