I thought they deserved all 5 stars. Lawn Sprinkler Tech had to put in a sprinkler head and fixed a broken sprinkler head. They did a great job and had good availability to do the...

Worst

Tried to call for a repair and got a recording that the number was out of service. Called from work to check again and the call went right thru. Asked to speak to Lee and informed...

They are very helpful and knowledgeable about what they are doing. 12/12/2012

Lawn Sprinkler Tech has done a lot of repairs for me. They have fixed valves, and recently did an install on a new construction project that turned out really good. Very prompt, reasonably priced service 11/5/2012

I had to call Lawn Spinkler Tech early on Sunday morning due to a water leak. The owner, Lee, took the call and came out personally. He fixed the leak himself, had me inspect the job, and charged me only for the labor and a small charge for parts (pipe). I found Lee to be very professional. competent, and reasonably priced (No emergency or trip charge). I would highly recommend Lee and his company for irrigation repair. more

I've used Lawn Sprinkler Tech multiple times. They were just out here to switch my sprinklers from rotators to sprayers. I like their work, and I will continue to use them. more

They responded quickly and were very professional 11/1/2012

One of my technicians set up a sprinkler line and I had Lawn Sprinkler Tech come out to take a look at the system. Their technician came out on time and figured out the problem, so we could get it taken care of. They did exactly what I needed them to do. I will definitely be using them again. more

I was completely satisfied and the price was quite reasonable 9/24/2012

Lawn Sprinkler Tech came to my home twice, to replace control valves on my sprinkler system. James was the technician who helped me on both occasions, and he did very well. Extremely pleased 9/22/2012

Very impressed with James. Gave us an e excellent presentation of the entire system..... Installed in 2006. Was not up to code...very sloppy job. James did a great job of fixing,adjusted,replacing,adding. Love the 'new' system. Uses about 1/4 of water. Added a pressure regulator which had not been installed..caused some of problems. Also a couple yrs ago had some work done on recommendation. Shoddy....had to fix snd replace a good bit of that also. Just thoroughly impressed. Great experience with Lawn Sprinkler Tech 9/20/2012

Lawn Sprinkler Tech were perfect for everything. They replaced some sprinkler heads, and put in a new control box and rain sensor for me. They took a lot of time to explain things, they were very communicative. They were going to be late and they gave me a heads up email and phone call. Totally recommend them. 9/19/2012

They're awesome. I called one day and they were out the next. They have been terrific. We have had them out twice. The first time, they did the whole sprinkler system. They were quick, they came immediately, and they did everything right. I called them Monday, and they came out yesterday on Tuesday to fix another thing we broke. They're great. When I called Lawn Sprinkler Tech, they got back to me right away and showed up next day to look at my problem and fix it. I was able to make appt for them to come and do one other thing for me, after which my sprinklers had no problems. more

Lawn Sprinkler Tech exceeded my expectations. It is rare to find a company that takes pride in providing excellent customer service and listening to the needs of the customer. The experience was great; from the point of initial inquiry, to scheduling an appointment, and assessment. The technician that serviced our sprinkler system was outstanding. He was thorough and very knowledgeable. Our system required several adjustments to sprinkler heads and replacement of quite a few attachments. The technician reviewed with me the worked that was performed and I was pleased with the outcome. I would recommend Lawn Sprinkler Tech. more

Very Good 8/30/2012

My experience with Lawn Sprinkler Tech was very nice. They were one of the few companies that had a secretary on hand to coordinate them coming out and working with invoices. This company did a repair for me to a broken pipe I had while digging in the landscaping beds 8/21/2012

I placed the call at around noon and by 6PM the same day they had me fixed up! Very reasonable pricing and excellent work. I was very impressed with how the tech James removed some landscaping plants to complete his work and then put them back to where you couldn't tell they had done any work there at all. LST is a company you can trust 8/14/2012

I have a 30+ yr sprinkler system and have used LST several times as we've updated and changed the landscaping or just needed the system tuned. Lawn Sprinkler Tech exceeded my expectations in quality of work and customer service 8/14/2012

Lawn Sprinkler Tech exceeded my expectations in every way. I have a large home with a 12 zone sprinkler system run from a 100+ year old well. The system was 10 years old and in need of updating, adjustments and replacement of many sprinkler heads. Lawn Sprinkler Tech came and did an estimate the day I called. They then provided no pressure as I got some other quotes. I felt most comfortable with their quote as they were by far the most knowledgeable, were well priced and they seemed to really "get it" when it came to customer service. The work was done as scheduled. The crew cleaned up as they went along. To meet their goal of doing the job right they went well beyond the scope of work that was originally envisioned without additional charge to me. The technician then programmed the system to my direction. It is a very complicated system and after they left the system malfunctioned on some of the zones (despite the fact that they worked fine when they left the job). I called them and they came right back out and spent hours solving the problem until the program and zones worked. I would recommend them to anyone without reservation! Pleasant people to work with and competent in thie wrok they do 7/20/2012

Teresa was very helpful in solving the problem that I was having with my sprinler system. The workmen did a thorough job of analyzing the problem and took action to fix it in a timely fashion.
